Yes. Our half and whole option is listed on the Butcher Shop section of this site. Due to Covid, bulk beef orders may take 30-90 days for delivery. Our retail cuts are available for purchase at our Farm Stand on Fridays from 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Our products are also available at Morgan's Market and Ace Growlers, both in Newnan. All of our livestock are raised on grass, but right now, we only offer grain-finished beef. We hope to have a grass-finished option available in the future for those customers who prefer the taste and texture of grass-fed beef.
The taste and texture of grass-finished beef is different from grain-finished and since some prefer the taste of grass-fed, we will soon offer that option as well. Our grain-finished beef eat a mix of grain, hay and silage for several weeks before processing. (Silage is like hay but has a higher moisture content.) This increases tenderness and flavor for those customers who prefer it.
We are not a certified organic farm, but we follow naturally grown practices. Our beef is your basic, homegrown beef. We have no added growth hormones and only use antibiotics when it is absolutely necessary for the health of an animal, and it is used under the guidance of our veterinarian. When you purchase our beef, you can be sure that you are eating a quality product. It’s the same beef we feed our own family.
